So when I pulled this up at home, it looked much better. At first I thought the top was a dumb fold over thingy, but actually I like the top a lot on this one. And your sisters dress is totally fitting for her. Since you still have a lot of time I would check out different places. The place Shannon suggested, I think its Grandmas in Franktown Corners is awesome and so is this place in Sparks on Victorian, maybe it has "blue" in the name, it's near Cantina. Both places are more small, intimate, have wonderful people and have a nicer variety. Not the same old stuff.
